Intersectional feminist, vegan, nature-lover!
Passionate about cacao, and drink regularly 100% pure cacao from the farm of my auntie and her husband in Venezuela. They are both doctors and they also conduct research on the health benefits of cacao.
my approach
I have a scientific and academic background, so it is so important to me that everything I offer or recommend is evidence-based. My services are gentle, safe, and effective. If you are interested in the scientific basis of the subjects I teach, let me know by email!
I want my services to be as inclusive as possible. All adults of all ages, all genders, all abilities and levels of experience. However, for some people group classes may not be the most suitable option. I offer individual sessions for all my services.
If you have specific health concerns, do discuss them with your health professionals before embarking on classes/workshops/therapies with me. I would also need to have a 1:1 health assessment with you (online, for free).
