A therapeutic alliance needs to be based on honesty and integrity.


With me, you can have a session when it is convenient to you, either face-to-face or online.

What I can help with

I use evidence-based psychological interventions to help with common mental health problems.


Low mood, lack of enjoyment, changes in sleep/eating habits, low motivation.


Worry, panic attacks, generalized anxiety.


Headaches, muscle tension, fatigue.


Intense fears that affect our daily functioning.


Sleeping too little or having poor-quality sleep. Difficulties falling asleep or maintaining it.

Feeling stuck

Sometimes it is difficult to work towards our goals or to find our path.


I offer individual sessions for adults, either online (anywhere in the EU) or face-to-face (in The Hague, Netherlands).
