I use evidence-based psychological interventions based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. I specialise in stress and insomnia. We will explore your goals and values together, and make decisions about treatment plans together. A therapeutic alliance needs to be based on honesty and integrity. I am fluent in Finnish, Spanish, and English. With me, you can have a session when it is convenient to you, either face-to-face or online. No need for GP referral, no waitlists.
I also teach Yoga Nidra for deep rest and relaxation, and Pranayama/Breathwork for strengthening the immune system and balancing the nervous system.
