4-week course for expats

4 weekly sessions + 1 personalised 1:1 session

My goal is to foster people’s resilience and self-efficacy, so that they can feel capable of managing their stress symptoms and improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. I do this by teaching practical tools and simple techniques that can be used in daily life. My aim is to offer an accessible and inclusive service for adults of all ages, abilities, genders, backgrounds, and levels of experience.

Who is this workshop for?

Participants: min. 4, max. 10

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can easily take off. Handouts will be provided, so no note-taking is necessary.

For adults of all ages, genders and abilities and levels of experience, except:

-current psychosis/dissociation

-unmanaged epilepsy

-severe acid reflux currently
