In love with chair yoga
I love my yoga chair. Whenever I am injured or under the weather, or simply want to focus completely on my upper body, or need help balancing, I use my chair.
Chair yoga is also a great way to start yoga if you are a complete beginner, or if you have arthritis or osteoporosis. I have 2 yoga chairs at home, and they are very transportable. As such, I can offer 1:1 chair yoga sessions at your home or mine.
